Re-New your AutoShip Subscription
If you weren't already aware you are on the new Cascadian Water website. We switched to this improved version the first week of March 2022.
Do to technical limits existing subscriptions created on the old website will fail to process on this new website. You need to place a new order and choose AutoShip when it is time for a new filter.
We will remind you it is time to place your new order in the month your replacement filter kit is due. Look for the email.

To reset renew your AutoShip subscription you will have to do two things, reset your password so we can tell who to send the product to and re-subscribe when purchasing your next replacement filter.
