Our Refund, Return and Warranty Policy is found within the Terms of Online Sale.

Return Policy. Subject to the terms and conditions in this paragraph below, if you are not completely satisfied with your Cascadian Next Generation Water. 3. Treatment Salt Free Water Softener and Filter System (“System”) that you purchased on our Website, we will accept its return for a refund of your purchase price, less the original shipping and handling costs and less a restocking fee of 25% of your original purchase price*, but only if all of the following conditions are satisfied: If the System is unused, within 60 days of your purchase of the System, you return the complete System in its original packaging to us at your expense at the address we provide on our Website; or If the System is used, (i) within 60 days of your purchase of the System, you return the complete System to us at your expense at the address we provide on our Website and you email us a true and complete copy of your water bill if you are on city water, or if you are on a well, a true and complete copy of your water test dated prior to your purchase of the System; and (ii) we determine, based on the water bill or water test which you send us, that your water is within the System’s operating conditions which we have set out on our Website.*The restocking fee will not be charged to purchasers located in Hawaii.(a) You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items. You bear the risk of loss during shipment. We strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment against loss or damage and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection. If available at the time of your return, you may utilize the Cascadian Water return portal, accessed through our Website, to generate a return shipping label and arrange return shipping, at your expense and at your risk of loss.(b)Refunds are processed within approximately five business days of our receipt of your merchandise and your water bill or water test as set out as above, if required. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the Website. (c)This Return Policy does not apply to and we will not accept returns or provide refunds of any amount for the following, for which all sales are final and the goods not returnable:(i) Any product not identified as a System on our website product pages.(ii)Any System you purchased from us if we determine, based on the water bill or the water test which you send us, that your water is outside the System’s operating conditions that we have set out on our Website. (iii)Cartridge filters or any other constituent parts of the purchased System. The full System must be returned to receive the refund.(iv)Any product sold on our Website other than a complete System. It does not apply to any other product on our Website, whether manufactured by us or another manufacturer. 4 (d)This Return Policy does not apply to any product which is claimed to be defective and subject to warranty. Returns under warranty should be made in compliance with the warranty provisions of Section 7 of these Terms.
