Shipping policy

Our Shipping Policy is found within the Terms of Online Sale, but here's a quick overview.

Order Processing / Handling Time

The time taken to prepare your order for shipping. We have stock of everything listed on the website, ready to ship M-F. Orders placed Friday afternoon will be processed Monday morning. 

Orders placed before Noon Pacific Standard Time will be shipped same day.

Next Day Air: Expedited shipping methods such as next day air have an earlier order cutoff time of 9 AM PST.

Shipping Methods

We discourage using PO boxes for shipping addresses, as most of our products are rather large.

If you're in a rural area without mail delivery service or have some other preference to use the postal service, please leave a note in the order and will try to accomodate.

Notes with gate codes or access requests are discouraged and we cannot share this information with the delivery driver.

When using free shipping where a carrier is not specified, we primarily use UPS and USPS on rare occasions.

4.Shipments; Delivery; Title and Risk of Loss; Incorrect Ship-To Address.

(a)We will arrange for shipment of the products to you using the information you provide us during the original order process. Please check the individual product page for specific delivery options. You will pay all shipping and handling charges specified during the ordering process.

(b)Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of the products to the carrier. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments.

(c)You are responsible for providing us with a valid, complete and correct ship-to address with your order. We are not responsible for products not deliverable to the provided address or for locating undeliverable products. If you provide us an invalid, incomplete or incorrect ship-to address, you bear all cost, expense and risk of loss that results, including but not limited to: Delay in delivery Undeliverable product Damaged product Product returned to us Loss of product
