We have been using Cascadian water filters now for about 2+ years and really like it. Our shower heads no longer show all the mineral deposits on them. Water tastes better and everything works great now. Changing the filter is very easy to do even if you are 81 years old. Great company and products.
I was a converted "Citrus based" water treatment system to Cascadian system and I'm delighted that I did. I was always leary of the bluish water dispensing out from my old citrus based system. Perhaps the acidity is just too much and etched on the inside of my copper pipes. resulting in discolored water. Now changing to this system, I'm more than happy with the water quality and without having to worry abiout the long-term effect of drinking bluish water.

My daughter recommended the Cascadian water filter and after reviewing the other systems on the market and available around San Diego I concluded the Cascadian water filter was the best for me. Our water is extremely hard down here and now the water in my home is perfect and soft!! We can easily tell the difference, in the taste, after washing our hair, etc. The system was easy to install (I did have help from a friend/plumber) and once it's turned on you just walk away and forget about it until next year when the filter needs to be replaced. No noise, no electricity needed, easy to maintain and service. This is a great system for my home. Highly recommended.

Todd sent this picture because he was concerned something might be wrong. Both these filters are ICS-TPKs but the one on the left is about 18 months old and the one on the right is brand new. Todd’s water supply comes from the City of Mesa, AZ. where hardness ranges from 12 – 22 grains per gallon. The city does not list other common water elements such as iron. The filter from Cascadian is living up to its advertising! We have been concerned about what the city is putting into our water and had been searching for some way to improve our water, soften it and keep the wanted minerals.
