We recently built a house here in Chelan WA and decided to put a Cascadian Water filtration system in our home. Best decision ever! It has helped make our well water the clearest, best taking water I have ever had! Their customer service folks are responsive and helpful as well!

I'm not given to writing reviews since every time we purchase anything the nagging to do so begins. But this review I want to write. Since moving to New Mexico 15 years ago I have purchased various water softening systems: salt, potassium, citrus and a few electromagnetic devices that attach to the pipes. None of them were to my liking. And then I discovered Cascadian Water. I was able to keep the housings from my last system, the NUVO, which was useless, and just replace the cartridges with Cascadians. What followed was more than surprising. There was a definite change in the quality, the feel, the taste of the water, as well as the minimalizing of deposits on everything that comes in contact with water. I replace the cartridges once a year which takes a very short time and little effort. And an important factor is Cascadian is eco-friendly. I recommend Cascasdian Water without any reservations.

No more slime! My skin feels wonderful. We live in the desert with salt systems in almost every house. I'm so glad we are fortunate enough to have our polyhalt system.

I've had my cascadian filter for 3 yrs now, replacing the cartridge yearly. I no longer get my faucet strainers plugged with sludge. All water appliances have no water issues. Drinking the water right from tap with no issues. Excellent Product and replacing filter is fairly easy. Totally recommend cascadian and customer service is top notch.

When we change our filters, there's a thick layer of reddish-brown muck around the filter so we know the filtration system is doing it's job extraordinarily well. I wouldn't want to drink or use the water without it!

Excellent, super fast service and delivery. I believe it came overnight! Way faster than I expected. The filters are large, fairly expensive, but it is what I needed. 5 stars!

We have a Cascadian Filter system for our Well Water system and have found it's easy to order and change out.

The water filtration system works extremely well. Our Well has heavy minerals which caused our sinks, tubs and toilets to turn orange. After installing the filters, problem is fixed. Filter replacement is simple.

We’ve had our system for 3 years now and love it! We ended up getting on auto delivery because the time goes by before you know it and we could definitely tell when the filters were full. They’re a great company to work with too!

We’ve been using cascadian whole house filters for seven years and couldn’t be happier with the results. Changing the filter cartridge is simple and straightforward and I’ve never had a problem. We’re still amazed at the before and after results as evidenced by the photo!

From the photos it is pretty obvious why we need filters -- high iron and manganese content from the well that serves our association. The Cascadian Water filters continue to do an outstanding job. The system and its filters have been a great investment.

We moved into our new custom built home in 2023 and now have a year of real life experience using our duel filter Cascadian whole house water filter. In our previous homes we had salt based softeners that required monthly additions of salt leaving the water with that softened taste and mouth feel. And depending how the softener was calibrated, the water could be over-softened leaving it slippery and made rinsing shampoos and soap in the shower difficult. The monthly purchase of salt and lugging it to the softener was a pain.

Now that we have a full 13 months of experience, we have been totally satisfied with our Cascadian Filter. The water quality is enhanced. The taste of the water is much improved over untreated city water. Funky odors and fluoride smell is gone. We have eliminated the need to buy bottled waters and we use a CO2 bubbler to make our own fuzzy drinking water instead of buying canned LaCroix. Glass in the shower stays clean with virtually no hard water deposits. Even our outdoor spigots are on the filtered system, so we can use it on our plants and grass. Salt treated water of old softeners can be hard on plants, so this was a benefit we didn’t initially consider.

When it came time to change the filters at 12 months, I was anxious to see the condition of the used filters. The cartridges were easy to remove, the enclosed directions accurately demonstrated the best way to remove, clean and reassemble. The **** that the filters removed from our water was impressive, and energized our belief in the decision we made to not go with a traditional salt based softener. With four people in our house, plus two dogs and two cats, we fully tested our Cascadian system and it exceeded our expectations.
