I hate the taste of the water at my daughter’s house but if I use this filtered water bottle, I can’t taste it at all!! Love it!

I used to be able to buy the filter directly from your warehouse. It was convenient. No shipping charges. I would like to do that again. I live 2 miles from your place of business.

We have a cascading water filter system and replace the filters once a year. The first filter catches the majority of the sediment entering the house. When we change it out the first filter looks chocolate brown and the second filter looks cream colored. They start out white! The taste of the water is great and odor free. I am happy with this product.

My ICS product is great, it's very effective fixing my hardness problems. My water tastes great too. The system is small, salt-less and doesn't require a drain.

We actually have quite a few customers that do like your single cartridge system that is the sediment and the water softener. I would say that I’ve never had one come back before, I’ve never gotten one back, I’ve never had a complaint.

When they go to install one I say now if you have a salt system you probably won’t be happy just because the waters not going to be that slimy feeling, if your used to one thing its not going to be that way. Sometimes people get it sometimes they don’t. I mean we definitely have a lot of plumbers here in town who really like the system but it would be nice if more people knew about it.

I don’t hear much feedback from customers and a lot of time I say No News is Good News because when I hear about it it usually means something is wrong.

It's going great working I have had to flush my heater several times because it's breaking up all the build up in my heater!!

Lisa and I were pleasantly surprised with the taste and feel of our water once we installed the Cascadian ICS-STP water filtration and conditioner system. Our water tastes better and our skin is softer with this great system. We are very glad we chose to install one for our family.

I just wanted to let you know how much we are loving the new water system so far. Our water is do good we are drinking it right out of the tape and it is just like or better than bottled water. Let me know if you need a testimonial on this one it is excellent.

Gabe, I have checked at least 6 of the ones I have installed and they all tested the same. So far no one has complained. The applications range from 51ppm to 79ppm silica.

My husband and I had our water tested and it turned out we had some pretty terrible water even though it’s always clear. We have 11 gpg of hardness, 1.36 NTU of turbidity, and .82 mg/l of iron, all of which are over the recommended limits. It also had a metallic taste as well. We weighed our options and decided that the ICS-STP would fit our needs best.

Once it was installed I immediately tasted the water, we had no metallic taste. The water even tasted cleaner if that’s possible. I had cleaned up all of the spotting from our hard water so that I could see if the water treated with PolyHalt was easier to clean up, it was. It simply wiped away. It was also easier for me to wash my hair, and get the soap off myself.

We are so happy that we decided to go with an ICS system. We don’t have to worry about where to plumb a backwash line, or the power and water used to backwash the automatic systems that it would have taken to treat our water. We are very happy with our decision.

The water system you installed for us is working very well. Later this month I will be changing the first filter. Our water is very clear and soft, tastes good and the dishes and clothes are clean and white.
