Whole house water filter gets the job done for a year.
ordered product, and it was here within three days.
It was very easy to find the code number for replacement on the actual filtration device and delivery was extremely fast! The old filter was so brown and full of rust so obviously very effective and water flow is better with new filter in place.
This is our 3rd year for filter replacement. This time we purchased the yearly replacement. Our filter system makes all the difference in the water quality!

I think Cascadian Water is fantastic!
Customer-oriented business. I think the filters are overpriced for what they are, but the system meets the need to save money over a $6000 reverse osmosis water filtration system. I don't see the value in spun filter media. I still have a little iron in the water, so we had Culligan install the soft water filter. Mistake! I would probably go with Eco water in the future. Culling has a name only. There are superior systems and less money out there. I can't say what other systems Cascadian has either because I don't know. I bought the home with this filter system pre-installed. I can testify to the wonderful customer service! I will check with Cascadian before spending more money.

cascadian water sent us the new filter and arrived in 2 days so very fast service. We wish we started to deionize and filter our water sooner. We feel better that the filter helps to protect our body and appliances from getting clogged up with mineral deposits.

I installed the ICS-SP filter on my well water system. The install was very easy. Used Sharkbite fittings to make it easy. Only problem was trying to find 1x3/4 adapters to connect to the filter in the local home centre.
However, still getting very high water hardness results a few weeks after the install. Have contacted Cascadian for advice.

As we discussed, PolyHalt® technology softens water differently than traditional salt-based softeners. Instead of removing minerals, it alters their structure so they don't form scale or cause hardness issues. This means your water may still test hard, but you should notice the benefits of softer water, such as less soap scum, easier cleaning, and improved lathering.
